Looking for sponsors..................

WROKDOWN FUNDRAISER Show No. 1 - 30 April 2011.

WROKDOWN CIRCUS backing:-  Ronnie Charles, Jack McGrath, Barry Smith and Bobby Bright.

This was the first of the WROKDOWN shows to start raising funds to get WROKDOWN back on air currently shown on Channel 31.  Our very first gig was 'Gimme That Guitar' here in Melbourne (2010) with Harvey James playing the only way he knew how 'loud and proud'.  This is where Anita and I found out we really could put on a fantastic show that rocked the house down.

However, it takes loads of money to put on a TV Show and after the 3 Wrokdown shows for 2011 there is still plenty more to raise as all that talent needs to be paid. If you would like to be a 'SPONSOR' (and who wouldn't!) and need to have access to a wide variety of advertising including WROKDOWN TV (viewing numbers are vast and can be supplied upon request), plus the WROKDOWN RADIO shows for an incredible price, then by all means contact us.

This piece of footage is from my  handy Flip Cam and was taken from the POV (point of view) from stage while Ronnie Charles was singing.  You may even be able to spot yourself in the crowd.  The sound is what it is, but you will get a great idea of how much fun we have putting on these shows for you guys.

Line up of talent and crew involved:-

Ken Murdoch (Singer, MC and joker - oops entertainer),
Mick Pealing (Singer + WROKDOWN RADIO presenter),
Gavin Carroll (Bass + Musical Director)

Vic De Marco (Lead Guitar),
John Arthur Grant (Keyboards),
Greg Aldridge (Drums),
Anita Monk (Vocals + WROKDOWN RADIO presenter and WROKDOWN BOSS).
Brass section - Nat Sametz, Hayden Schueler and Leigh Olsson.
Matt Mason (Sound Engineer)
Mark Woolridge (Lighting)

Rose Tulk (Camera Operator + Production Assistant)
Beth Ramshaw (Stage Manager and trouble shooting)
Jef Risk (Staging and lighting)
Anita Sulcs (The door, Publicity, trouble shooting and Organiser)

The only person missing from these shows has been Wendy Stapleton who has a busy schedule.  We plan to correct this in 2012!
Rock on with WROKDOWN where Aussie legends live!
